Ordering Gamifant
The ordering process starts here
A Gamifant Representative will be there to assist you through every step of the ordering process. We understand that macrophage activation syndrome (MAS) requires an urgent response. That's why we're committed to doing everything we can to ensure all orders are delivered to your facility as quickly as possible.
For any ordering or product information questions, contact a Gamifant representative.

Reimbursement support
Contact your institution's access and billing stakeholders early in the process for support. These stakeholders may include clinical staff, financial counselors, managed care contracting leads, pharmacy teams, revenue cycle management, and service line administrators and staff.
For additional assistance in understanding your patient's insurance, coverage, and reimbursement for Gamifant, Gamifant Cares can evaluate your patient's insurance coverage by performing a benefit investigation, which will include identifying any prior authorization requirements. Additionally, you can contact your Sobi Field Reimbursement Manager at reimbursement@sobi.com. They can provide information about Gamifant Cares and its patient support offerings.
There are 2 pathways to access Gamifant
Keep in mind that your institution and the patient's insurance may dictate how Gamifant should be ordered.

Transitioning from hospital to infusion center
While many patients may begin their Gamifant treatment in a hospital setting, they may be discharged to an outpatient setting once their condition stabilizes. Gamifant Cares can assist you and your patient in understanding your patient's insurance benefits and prior authorization requirements when they are being transitioned to an outpatient setting.
For more information about coordinating outpatient treatment with Gamifant, call Gamifant Cares at 1-833-597-6530 Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 7 pm ET
